Eternal Assurance
Contextual biblical teaching from the pulpit, along with daily reading our Bibles, protects us from the lies of insecurity.

“for righteousness”
Humans “thirst” for all kinds of things, many of which have zero ability to satisfy our needs. Granted, they may quench certain desires, but they won’t ever result in blessings.

“be satisfied”
from hortazo – means (generally) to gorge (supply food in abundance): — feed, fill, satisfy.

The Religious Prototype – Jn 5:39-40
The religious Jews knew Holy Scripture but didn’t “know” Jesus. They are the prototype for religious folks today, who read their Bibles, go to church, “do” all the right things, and yet they “refuse to come to [Jesus]” (Jn 5:40).

Heb 13:7
Remember your leaders, those who spoke to you the word of God. Consider the outcome of their way of life, and imitate their faith.

Re: The Corona Virus
I don’t control history. Jesus Christ does. I’ll roll with the punches and let Him worry about the details. I’m alive. I’m confident. And, best of all, I have peace.

The Folly of Arrogance
Arrogance leaves you unprotected. It’s like having a full suit of armor (e.g. Eph 6:11, Php 4:6-7) and taking it off in the midst of battle, when you need it the most!

“I know my own and my own know me”
Knowing that Jesus Christ, the Messiah, knows you personally is such a tremendous blessing. And to know Him in return, intimately, is simply divine.

Eph 5:13-14a
But when anything is exposed by the light, it becomes visible, for anything that becomes visible is light.

EVERY circumstance in life is a spiritual one.

Do you love the world and the things in it?

1Jn 4:1 [Message]
My dear friends, don’t believe everything you hear. Carefully weigh and examine what people tell you. Not everyone who talks about God comes from God. There are a lot of lying preachers loose in the world.

You don’t really know someone until you say “No” to them.
Secular Proverb

Gal 4:16
Have I then become your enemy by telling you the truth?

Now’s your time to shine!!!
