Don’t Be Afraid of Change – blog 11/28/25
Remember your leaders, those who spoke to you the word of God. Consider the outcome of their way of life, and imitate their faith. Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever.
– Hebrews 13:7-8
It’s critical that we follow those God has put over us. Without obedience there can be no unity.
Faith and obedience are precious jewels to the unity of a family, including a church family. And of course, love is the tie that binds.
If you have a good master, then you only need to concern yourself with doing whatever duties he’s given you to tend to.
Faith isn’t faith if it opposes God’s will. God would never provide a gift that is imperfect (ala Jas 1:17).
We should always be OPEN to change, because we ALWAYS have room to grow closer to HIS ways!
Faith is so focused on the Giver’s will that it remains undistracted/unperturbed/unconcerned by the repercussions of keeping said faith.
Our divinely good works are actually acts of faith. Once saved and indwelled by His Spirit, even the hard work we’re commanded to do is an act of faith.
