Part 205 – The Book of Hebrews

The whole of a believer’s life is to be lived in trust and dependence on the God who saved them. This trust cannot be proclaimed in the absence of proof.

If, when taunted by mockers, your faith fails you, you need to do some serious introspection. (2Co 13:5; Jas 2:14-26)

Throughout human history, there’s been an aspect of future hope for God’s children. It has been, and will continue to be, through faith (not immediate deliverance from circumstances) that we are saved and sanctified (ala Heb 11).

Faith is a tremendous blessing to those who have it.

Faith is what separates us from everyone else on Earth.

Faith resonates throughout human history, long after a faithful child of God has died.

Greatness is always a function of faith in the Bible.

C. H. Makiintosh “[Faith] glorifies God exceedingly because it proves that we have more confidence in His eyesight than our own.”
