We deserve Hell. We don’t deserve any of God’s grace. It’s impossible for us to earn it.
Perspective is everything. Working hard your whole life may provide you with temporal blessings from God, but you cannot stake a claim to it once you die, for all your hard work may go to a swindler anyway, and often to folks who don’t have the capacity for it since they didn’t earn it themselves.
One of the greatest blessings in this lifetime is to be utterly humbled by His grace. This occurs in the “now”, during the “journey” we call life!!!
Enjoy God’s grace and His blessings when you have them.
Salvation is always by grace. Grace is God’s alone to give. If He gives it to you, enjoy it while you have it!
You are a steward over God’s possessions. You own nothing except responsibility to the King.
