KEY PRINCIPLES FROM THIS MESSAGE:
Clarity – blog 12/20/25
Few things are sweeter than possessing clarity in this life. God’s Word lights the path before us (Psalm 119:130), especially for those of us who keep it simple.
Perfect wisdom epitomizes simplicity.
Our perspective on Christmas should be as simple and unfettered as humanly possible.
Why an Attitude of Gratitude Rocks! – blog 4/26/24
I firmly believe that perspective is everything and that God’s perspective is the best! That’s what I want, as much as I can get it in this lifetime. I want His perspective of both myself and Himself. When I capture this perspective, life seems utterly simple, pleasant, peaceful, and free.
There’s a secret technique I’ve been practicing that helps me get to that transcendent place I’m referring to here. Paul wrote about it.
We destroy arguments and every lofty opinion raised against the knowledge of God, and take every thought captive to obey Christ.– 2 Corinthians 10:5
Our perspective on Christmas should be simple: to love.
If we ever aspire to anything in this life, it should be this – to love like Jesus did.
